It's not a given that Bush is going to be a star in the league. Remember that LenDale White, not Bush was the best USC running back in the Rose Bowl. Bush wasn't able to rely on just his speed to get past the Texas defence which was the first defense close to a pro level in terms of speed that Bush faced last year. Could I see Bush being one of the greatest running backs of all time? Yes. But is that a guarantee? Absolutely not. I could just as easily see him being an average running back and a return specialist. Every pro team has speed on defense because generally you have to be fast to play defense in the NFL. Bush being a fixture at the Pro Bowl is most definately not a sure thing. I have to agree with you about Bush. To me, Bush didn't seem like a right fit for the Texans considering they have a pretty good RB (be it injury prone) in Dom Davis. I think the guy that made sense for the Texans though was Dbrickshaw Ferguson. They must be really high on Mario Williams though.
