It's worth a shot starting Theriot at SS. He has experience there in the minors. Izturis hasn't been exactly great at his position. He has a weak arm and it's showing.

Let's not forget that throw that probably cost us the game either. I'm not a fan of his at all and I'd rather see other options over him.

Someone remind again why Izturis is wasting a roster spot? RGIs, dude. He had one in that game! (Too bad we needed him to have 3 more.) Izturis has no business on this team. I'd like to see Theriot out there instead.

Ditto! Didn't Demp pitch 2 innings yesterday - do they bring him out in the 9th if we still have the lead? I think somebody has to pitch from yesterday. Save for Eyre I think all pitchers threw a lot.
