    Hey...win 6 in a row and we're at .500...we can do that! (no we cant...seriously...when was the last time we won 5 games in a row? 03?) 7/8/05 - 7/15/05 We won 5 in a row (and 8 of 9 from 7/8 - 7/19) We actually won 6 out of 7 at one point last season from 7/24-7/30 (but only 4 in a row) Apparently, we're good in July. It's just those other months we have problems with. Wow...seriously? We really haven't won 5 in a row since July of 05? How freakin sad is that?

    Dang you....I saw this and thought it was the actual line-up. For about 3 seconds I thought Lou finally did something good. hey....if the post above is true and Theriot is playing at SS I think we're moving in the right direction... How did this take a life of its own? The above lineup is NOT the official lineup. Is it? No its NOT...I was just hypoticating about what i'd like to see...then someone else said that Theriot is actually starting at SS today...then someone ELSE said they thought my lineup was real for 3 seconds and were happy...then I responded to that person that "if" the post above was true, Theriot was playing SS so it was a step in the right direction....

    I'll give them credit...yesterday they did get an awful lot of hits...its hard to get that many hits and have so little to show for it.

    CUBS are 7-6 when they score first in the game.... 0-7 when they don't Wow. I guess that makes watching the games much easier...Brewers score first, turn the game off...its over.

    It's amazing to me how much the Cubs profess to "love" the guy...but still refuse to play him...sometime soon I expect Hendry/Lou to come out and say that "well, we like Matt, but just not in that way, we think of him as a friend"
