  1. Those pics are actually really outdated. I will take some tonight while working with my camera phone. My phone is 1.3 megapixels so not that amazing but you can see a lot.
  2. Both of my grandpas, one grandma, three uncles, dad, step dad, and mom. BORN INTO IT. And wouldnt have it any other way. ;)
  3. I know I have been scarce, but lets not blow up the Andi. My office is like one of those cheap hotel beds. All the tearing down has made the downtown area feel like a earth quake vault. You would be amazed at the amount of people down here 24/7 to watch them tear this thing down. There were a lot of people wearing Cubs gear the first day they dropped the wrecking ball. ;)
  4. I agree with you to an extent. I think it would be much easier to look past DLEE if he was having a debatebly good season. Look at his numbers. Any somewhat educated baseball fan cannot deny the first half of the season he has had. Keep in mind those numbers dont even represent the kind of defense he has played. I think, if DLEE preforms equally as well the second half of the season, he will be a strong MVP candidate.
  5. Yes as a matter of fact the reason he took an extra day was to ensure that he would feel ok to start for his first ever All Star game. He did refuse the HRD (obviously).
  6. I have mixed emotions about the whole thing because I would love to be able to place blame for the short comings of the Cubs on one human being but that is not realistic. I cannot imagine being Steve Bartman. Although it has been two years now I have wondered about the guy. I think even though poor Steve has been through enough the reporter handled it well as did Mr. Bartman.
  7. I didnt have the pleasure of watching the Cubs sweep the Marlins today, but I did read the recap on MLB.com and it said DLEE has passed Sosa in most total bases (225) and most extra base hits (54) in the first half of a season. I hope I never have to bite my tongue on this but this guy could be our franchise player. Believe it or not St. Louis fans and sports commentators are giving DLEE mad props. What am I talking about, how could you not?????
  8. YA its actually really cool especially right now because they have a HUGE tent in the dollar lot next to it and its all Illini fans have been hanging there.
  9. You must be talking about Al Hrabosky. Ha ha, the crack thing could come into play then. (sorry really bad joke, just not a big fan of him although his new bar is the Illini headquarters for "Arch Maddness")
  10. You must be talking about Al Hrabosky. Ha ha, the crack thing could come into play then.
  11. That would be a good assumption but we had to take drug tests to come back to work. He really doesnt have any good excuse for his uneducated pish posh. GREAT TO BE BACK VANCE.
  12. Possibly one of the funniest things I have heard yet was a co worker of mine telling me the Cubs will lose 100 games this year.
