I don't believe in "too right handed". I think too many managers get caught up in L/R lineups, instead of the best hitters. Besides, the Cubs are actually middle of the pack in the NL for OPS against righties, and at the bottom against lefties. I guess the point I made that I bolded didn't count, eh? What do you mean not count? I just don't think "too right handed" is a problem, even if Burrell replaces Jones. The Cubs problem is they don't hit lefties. It is a problem if the rightys or leftys in the lineup can't hit rightys and that's why I said I didn't know the splits on the players to be able to tell if the move would work.
