    My Soriano/Lugo comparison was better -- and my anti-Jeter MVP thread saying Carlos Guillen was a better candidate. And yes, I can be a dick. I am the first to admit it. no no no, i hope you don't misunderstand me. by killed the draft i meant you did well. and i totally remember that carlos guillen thread. great stuff, man.

    They better knock in a lot of runs with their gloves, cause our offense sure isn't gonna have much luck scoring any with their bats. why is barrett gettin a few days off anyways? Because he's a horrible baseball player. I hope he gets the rest of the year off. Haha hyperbole eh? you gotta love it. I mean Hill and Blanco are so much better baseball players than Barret its a complete joke that Barret is even on this team. He sucks at baseball get rid of him. Hes a hothead to. Cant catch 10 hop "throws" from a terrific baseball player in right field. Get rid of this non baseball player now! haha, hyperbole, eh? you have to admit, he's been very bad this year.

    even though he isn't good with a bullpen, i will say this about lou: he is playing the young guys (murton the obvious exception), and seems to almost prefer pie and fontenot over other, dusty-esque choices.

    a vote for sulley is a vote for communism! olemisscub is a great poster, esp when he's drunk, but i go out of my way to read a thread when i see sulley has posted in it.

    nothing against flames, but memph(in my head i pronounce it like memphis) killed the draft thread this year. one of the most outstanding series of posts i have read here in the last 3 years.

    Pagan .294/.357/.867 Murton .259/.338/.683 DeRosa .264/.347/.790 and .222/.300/.633 v. Washburn Higher avg, obp and ops. Better chance to score in front of DLee. Batting DeRosa later so him and Theriot can team up possibly for more offense after Murton and Barrett get thrown out on the basepaths. he always does this though, doesn't he? come up, perform well enough in the first couple weeks to fool everyone, then tanks.
