  1. This umps zone is terrible so far for both teams
  2. Dunn Grand Slam!!!!!!!!!!!!Wow that was a monstrous shot my God. 5-1 Cincy in the 3rd. Its safe to say, Mulder sucks I think it's safer to say that Ankiel is a terrible outfielder. Yea Cause HGH is the one who threw the meat pitch to Dunn that is still flying Actually, I saw the ball come down. Edmonds actually picked it up and threw it into the stands. Anyways, yes, Mulder threw the pitch to Dunn. Does that mean he sucks? That's happened to a lot of pitchers this year. He's even hit 4 against the Cubs  If Ankiel could have caught a lazy fly ball, Dunn wouldn't be hitting with the bases loaded and may not have even hit that inning. Whats Mulders stats for the year? How about last year? Enough said
  3. Umm I think he threw more than 1
  4. Theriot getting the night off tomorrow with Cedeno playing
  5. Wow Grandpa actually hit one hard fair, its amazing
  6. Theres Grandpas hard foul ball. Now time for the soft pop up
  7. Dunn Grand Slam!!!!!!!!!!!!Wow that was a monstrous shot my God. 5-1 Cincy in the 3rd. Its safe to say, Mulder sucks I think it's safer to say that Ankiel is a terrible outfielder. Yea Cause HGH is the one who threw the meat pitch to Dunn that is still flying
  8. Dunn Grand Slam!!!!!!!!!!!!Wow that was a monstrous shot my God. 5-1 Cincy in the 3rd. Its safe to say, Mulder sucks I think it's safer to say that Ankiel is a terrible outfielder. What? Noway, hes the Natural......HGH hahaha I think his feel good story is OVER
  9. Ankiel misplays his 2nd ball in the OF in the 3rd inning and its now 7-1 Cincy. This just in...Mulder still sucks
  10. Well at least Soriano seen 3 pitches lol
  11. Dunn just hit his 2nd HR of the night against Stl this one a grand slam, and an absolute freaking shot wow!
  12. Dunn Grand Slam!!!!!!!!!!!!Wow that was a monstrous shot my God. 5-1 Cincy in the 3rd. Its safe to say, Mulder sucks
  13. Bases loaded for Dunn in Cincy with 1 out in the 3rd
  14. Ahhh....something we can all agree with. Yea at this point in the season I dont see how anyone can argue for him starting, except for Uncle Lou, which sucks
  15. Adam Dunn Hr 1-1 in Cincy
  16. The goal is to have him hit some hard foul balls at the good Astro players when their in the dugout. Yea there really is no reasoning behind him starting, except for Lous "experience" infatuation. Murton(I know here comes the Murton Fan Club crap) goes 2-4 against a righty(Morris) on Sunday and then doesnt get to play again for the next 2 days so far.
  17. For the love of God quit starting Floyd.
  18. Yea cause Gallardo hasnt been hit hard ever this year....oh wait yes he has.
  19. Cards up 1-0 so far in the 1st. Dont worry though Mark Mulder is on the mound for the Cards, 1 run will not win this game
  20. Trachsel is for sure on Thurs(unfortunately) and I believe its Backe Albers Williams. I know we miss Oswalt and Wandy, unless their manager moves the rotation around to have Wandy face us.
  21. While Id prefer Gallagher, I dont like the idea of Marshall and Lilly going back to back. Id prefer to give them a different look in game 2.
  22. If Trachsel is on a short leash for this game, hopefully Marshall is ready in the bullpen to fill in any missing innings and receives a chance to earn his job back. Marshall is supposed to pitch in one of the games on Saturday, so I don't know how much he'd be used on Thursday. Kevin Hart will probably be available to pitch, unless Marquis flops tomorrow night. I think Trachsel is going to be used as long as possible with 4 games in 3 days against the Cards this weekend. Marshall is scheduled to pitch game 2 of the DH on Saturday, so he's not likely to be used out of the pen. I'd much rather see them go with Hart or Gallagher as a long man...or better yet...not need to use a long man... i just hope everyone is mentally preparing themselves for a playoff roster that includes Trachsel but not Marshall Disagree, they'd go with Marshall for a potential roster due to his leftiness. you're right, they'll keep them both and leave Murton off I don't know what's the point of having both Tracshel and Marshall - how many long men do you need, esp. with 4-man rotations (and sometimes 3-man rotations)? I heard an interview with Trachsel right after he started, and he was saying things like "I dont think they want to put a guy whos never pitched out of the pen, in the pen during a playoff run so I expect to be starting". Granted this could just be Trachsel talking, but I have a feeling Hendry has told him hed be starting, and not used out of the pen.
  23. Look at Soto's numbers and explain to me why he's not the starting catcher, look at Murton's numbers and explain to me why Cliff Floyd is still getting a lot of playing time.... basically what it all comes down to is that the Cubs are incompetent, and while it's not as bad as during the Dusty era, the veteran fetish is still alive and well. Sadly I know.
  24. I wouldnt mind him skipping a start maybe if there was another viable option, but to replace him with a guy who has the worst k/bb ratio in all the majors this year is dumb.
