If Zambrano doesn't come out for the 9th..... it won't be Marmol taking his place, it'll be Dempster. I know but I would much rather see Marmol face Pujols then Dempster. I realize that.... but that was never an option. But it was never an option before the game because Marmol is unavailable tonight because of pitching 2 innings last night when he didnt need to. Personally, I let Z finish this game, and worry about what happens on Tues, on Tues. You get this win first. I'm suggesting that it doesn't matter how much Marmol has or hasn't pitched recently. In that situation, 1 run lead in 9th with Pujols up, Lou ain't gonna use Marmol. It was never an option. I know what you are saying, and we are basically arguing semantics. Oh well let Z finish this and all will be well.

Cairo Ryan Miles in the 8th. Means Pujols will bat in the 9th. This is why you dont use Marmol for 2 innings last night.
