That said, shouldn't the strategy ("strategery") against Miami be to let Shaq run hog-wild but do everything you can to limit Wade and the rest of the team? It just seems like we'll have a better chance of doing that than stopping Shaq w/ Harrington, Davis, Reiner, and Funderburke. No, Shaq is one of those special players with no limits. If we let him go hog-wild, he is a threat to drop 40 or 50 on us. We need to find a way to keep him away from the hoop - don't let him dunk. Yes, he will make a lot of those short-range jumpers, but it at least limits him to how well he can shoot. If he can get through his man, I can't see the Heat losing. Shaq will see to that.
