  14. What we said was "if a whole lot of ish goes right to an unlikely degree we could make a deep run in the playoffs." If a whole bunch of stuff goes wrong to an unlikely degree, they could lose out. That's normal in the NFL.

  17. I was really proud of these announcers earlier when they referenced McCown's unholy awfulness on third and long as an example of the reason why he can't keep his job.
  18. Yes. But it's predicated on two things that I consider to both be unlikely: 1) getting healthy 2) Avoiding tiebreaker hell and actually making the playoffs
  19. I love how much running backs just don't matter in the NFL. I could see this team being one of those that gets healthy very late and then makes a big run in the playoffs.
