    You should be in pretty good heckling territory. Dugout Box 26 is the closest to the opposing team's dugout/on deck circle, so 25 is one section over towards home plate. Looks like you could be just about even with the left field line and probably around the edge of the screen, although you'll probably be behind it. I'm going to so piss A.J. off during that game! :lol:

    why do you keep using wins as a stat that a pitcher should have? for the most part, he can't control that. zambrano is an elite starter and to say otherwise shows ignorance of the facts. Z has elite ability. 1 elite pitcher then Maddux doesn't come close to making us a competitive ballclub. Especially with our offense.

    Good job! Single? Yeah, I am. But I'm not into guys. Sorry, Vance. :lol: No, actually this girl got two tickets and I'm going with her. Not a bad arrangement. I have an opportunity again at 1 PM, but I don't think I'm getting any more. I'll check around at the availability of various games though.

    Were there multiples left? I would have been tempted to go for two for a value date, but I don't think my older brother would want to pay twice as much as what he's paying for the field box infield seat. There were no bullpen box seats and there weren't four together in the bleacher box. I decided to go with the single because I figure I can make that much back when I sell the six tickets that I already have to that game. I'm traveling there alone, so I'll just make a friend at the game. I've watched numerous games alone...and always make friends. Plus being in the second row section 25 for a Cubs-Sox game is going to be awesome.

    Ok...I started this in social a little over a week ago, but we're at critical mass. Somehow the Astros in one day made up a 15 percentage point lead and added six to it. Please send an email to sports@thenewsstar.com and vote the Chicago Cubs for the home team. Thanks!

    I wonder what they were.... :-k My guess is one might have been Walker and a pitcher (maybe Wellemeyer) to the Rangers for Soriano, but when the Rangers got Wilkerson + that deal was nixed. Another could have involved the Mets or Mariners. When Boston had interest in Reed a Walker + Patterson for Ibanez may have been close.
