    You know what they say about assumptions.... "They" aren't always right. Have you ever smiled before? All the time.........why? This entire thread is partially tounge-in-cheek. Do you really think after all the back and forth you and Vance have had that he is seriously making the titled distinction right now? I have no clue what you're talking about. From a Cardinal fan, I'm not surprised.

    I gotta disagree with you here. A lot of Juan Pierre's AVG and OBP is generated from infield/bunt hits. The chance to score the runner and be safe at 1st is pretty good, IMO. Couldn't have said it better, BBB.
