Please elaborate. Why the guy would say anything that would even insinuate something like this is about a teammate is beyond me. He didn't insinuate that Prior was done. Pleasac asked him a question about expectations and prefaced it by saying "If you can get the pitching shored up, the offense looks like one of the best in the league." In the midst of his answer, DeRosa said, "With the way Guzman is throwing the ball, he might be our fifth starter." There was no dig at Prior whatsoever.

Patterson should have had the DP there, but drops it and only gets the out at first. Patterson has some work to do on his defense. He makes Todd Walker look like a gold glover.

Do you really think they'll send Gallagher back to AA? I would but I don't think they will. From what I've heard, it sounds like he's had a good camp. I agree. I can see reasons for and against sending him down, but I really think he'll be in Iowa. For selfish reasons, I'd like for him to be sent to Tennessee so I could watch him pitch when they play the Braves in Mississippi. I guess I'll have to be satisfied with watching Veal instead. Hrm. My stab at Tennessee's rotation if Gallagher is at Iowa: Donnnie Veal Chris Shaver JR Mathes Two of: Mark Holliman Justin Berg Grant Johnson It's not as pretty at AA. Based on his spring, is there any chance Shark will start at Tennessee? -

Just bumping this before I try to unload tickets elsewhere. If you've sent payment, thanks! If not...please do so ASAP. For the Tuesday game, I have 5 seats left in section 218. These are club seats with waiter service and a great view. Face value on these tickets is $45 if you buy from the Rangers, plus they add a $4 per ticket service charge. These seats are $40. I also have four tickets left in section 214. These are on the second level. They still have a nice view, but don't have the club level service. These would cost $23 bucks from the Rangers with the same $4 service charge. These seats are $18. Let me know if you aren't on my list and want some tickets. I also have four extra tickets for the 6/20 game in section 233. These are club level seats and are $40 as well.
