Based on Hall's contract demands (he wants an Asante Samuels type deal), I don't think a team will give up a first rounder for him. If the contract wasn't going to be an issue, it could happen, but with the cap implications on his contract demands, I think a late second-third rounder is the best the Falcons will get for him. Now, whether he'd be moved in such a deal, I have no idea.
