    Yes, it is out of line. Evan Longoria is the daddy of the mackdaddy. He better get AL ROY. But you are right in that Galarraga is a very good pitcher on a team full of crap pitchers. Chris Davis of Texas is having a pretty good season as well. I'd still give the nod to Longoria, but Davis's line is very much inline with what Longoria has done. Davis: 276/331/547 Longoria: 278/352/533

    If anyone gets them, please let us know when other teams are selling post season tix. At least if we can get and scalp those, we can then use the profits to try to buy Cubs tickets.

    When you win, everything is roses, but when you lose.... It looks like the losing streak is taking its toll.

    I can understand the angst over this decision, but I can also see why the Cubs see this as the "fair" way. By limiting tickets to two per lottery winner, the Cubs believe that a wider sampling of people will get them. Now, we can debate who these people are and whether they are "true fans" or not, but with this method the Cubs are trying to make sure that the tickets end up in the hands of a larger number of people rather than someone having multiple tickets to multiple games.
