Equating Ghana players falling down to the disallowed goals by Dempsey and Edu is just stupid. They're not even comparable. The refereeing hardly played a major role in today's outcome. Ricardo Clark's giveaway and our defense did. I would also throw in the way we played conservative after we scored instead of keeping the pressure on, it almost looked like we were hanging loose until the last minute so we could make another miracle shot

Honestly, that's a very par result given the quality of the U.S. team and who we faced. It's not good or bad, it's just who we are. No, I do not accept the results. They are a freaking third world country who has slightly more than 24 million people, we have over 300 million the odds are in our favor, why can our women do it? I will give them credit for being better ball handlers And what is this flopping down crap by the Ghanaians, why does that rule exist that you have that ability to chew the clock up with poor acting? I think the House and Senate should start a full investigation into this matter and stick with our brothers the French. :roll:

http://www.trinewbies.com/ is a great site and will get you through it the first time, it got me through a half iron man. best advice is to improve your swim stroke with lessons. I know it sound a bit juvenile but believe me it helps, Phelps has a coach so should you. try the website first

For a great, simplistic explanation of why americans don't like soccer Stephen Colbert did a great job last night. LMAO over it. It is just a matter of scoring basketball had the same problem in the 60's and 70's and they finally opened the game up to more scoring and the fans started to show up (My daughter does play soccer so I am not anti-soccer)
