YES IT DOES! Jesus, man. I'm not even a Bears fan, but come on. Yes, Cutler has made some poor throws. However, when you have a godawful O-line there are men in the backfield far more often. Which means the QB has to rush his throws to avoid the sack. Which lead to....you guessed it... INTERCEPTIONS. It's not that complicated of a formula. Plus, add on top of that, that the bears have showed very poor ability to run the ball. Which means that defenses can sit back and expect the pass. What is so complicated about this formula. You're wasting your breath.
