  1. To all you Illinois fans, you're welcome for Michigan waking you up last week. Too bad it didn't happen sooner in the season for you.
  2. I see the interception machine is at it again today.
  3. It took 1:45 for Purdue to get a TD on the opening drive. I [expletive] hate Michigan's defense.
  4. What's the beef against Boise? Just rooting for the underdog and don't think Boise deserves to be ranked in the top 10. They had one good win against Oregon to start the season and haven't played a good team since.
  5. Go LA Tech!
  6. Yes, he did. Of course, you have to have a quality arm and be able to read defensive backfields to run a pro-style offense though. Two things he can't do.
  7. The regret should be on Pryors part. OSU offense and coaching staff is not catering to Pyrors strengths, i.e. more zone reads, bubble screens, etc. He'd be a much better qb under a better run spread offense program. I don't think that's the whole problem. He doesn't seem like the smartest football player in the world. Got to have intelligence to play QB, and I don't think he's got enough there.
  8. Notre Dame games could go to Versus if Comcast buys NBC
  9. Again lets be honest. If some idiot from the LA Times just says something like "Derek Jetter is a GG SS cause he dived in the stands for the ball once" we would be all over him on this board. This is the same kind of reporting, just pulling out a couple of examples of bad calls that seem to be helping conference big dogs out, without looking over all of the teams games and actually seeing if a team is really benefitting from poor officiating. I also think the amount of people who would have to know about these kind of things make it questionable if a real conspiracy could actually be taking place without someone somewhere blowing the whistle. Chris Dufresne is actually a pretty solid college football columnist. I shouldnt have called him an idiot. I stand by my overall point though. Question is, did he even watch all the games he was writing about or did he just watch the hightlights on ESPN. I didnt either, but is it possible that there may have been bad calls in those games that went the other way that were not nearly as "hyped" by Sportscenter. Wait, so you are calling him an idiot for having an opinion about certain plays, but you didn't in fact watch the plays yourself? How can you have an opinion about something you didn't see for yourself? I watched the entire Iowa/IU game and there were some ridiculous calls that went against IU.
  10. Here's an article in the LA Times talking about how the refs seem to be helping teams win games. http://www.latimes.com/sports/la-sp-dufresne2-2009nov02,0,2448913.column?page=1
  11. We're going to need a new QB because Cutler is going to get murdered by the Vikings.
  12. What a terrible decision and now the game is pretty much over.
  13. These penalties on QB's are out of control. You can't even tackle a QB anymore.
  14. You gotta feel bad for our RB's. The O-line makes no holes whatsoever. The only chance is to bounce everything outside and hope you can make the corner.
  15. haha. that was like a 3-yard punt.
  16. The Bears need an entirely new O-line. They all suck.
  17. That and "Big Ten."
  18. Oregon's offense is destroying USC's defense. It's a beautiful thing. USC has no answers.
  19. This little guy is thrashing USC.
  20. Why the hell is ND playing a home game in Texas?
  21. aside from south carolina and clemson pulling their teams from playing in bowls because of the 2004 brawl, i can't think of the last time a team did that. plus michigan would be turning down money that goes to the conference and an opportunity for their fans to come watch them play close to home, and would also piss off mike ilitch, who's a pretty big deal in michigan. turning down that bowl would be pretty insulting. Let's not get ahead of ourselves here. Michigan has to actually win another [expletive] game before they're bowl eligible. Big, big game against Purdue next weekend. Michigan could be in trouble if they don't win that game.
  22. Tate Forcier is the Stanzi of fumbling.
  23. Michigan dressed up at Delaware State. Every [expletive] person on the team should be taken out back and shot.
  24. I'd like to punch Forcier in the face. Get rid of the [expletive] ball already.
