    That was some terrible clock management by Zooker. Way to just play for the field goal.

    The Big Ten Network's coverage of football games is an embarrassment. We miss half of the action because the camera work is so terrible, and the announcers are almost as bad as Pam Ward.

    I don't want Ryne anywhere near this team, even if it's only as bench coach. I have terrible visions of us bunting in the 1st inning with our #3 hitter. But why would a bench coach be calling for bunts/sacs? I don't object to Sandberg as a bench coach at all. In fact, it makes a lot of sense to me. Wouldn't be agreeable to him as manager though. Sandberg would be one step away from being manager. That's my problem.

    MSU's Chris Rucker is heading to jail after a DUI while already being on probation for taking part in the group assault of MSU students last year.     It wasn't 4th down. Yes it was. Sorry. You're right, it was 4th down. I think the play is allowed advancement because the rules are different for a fumble and a backward pass. A backward pass can be advanced.

    Rich Rod isn't going to get fired, and if he somehow does, there's no [expletive] way Michigan would go anywhere near Les Miles. I really hope the old blue hairs at Michigan don't run Rich Rod out of town. I think he's building something special. They have the players on offense and they're only going to get better. They just need to start recruiting better athletes on defense. I just posted that after seeing a re-tweet that the Michigan Rivals site admin said if Rich Rod didn't go 10-2 he was out. You know 1,000 times more than me what it would take. 10-2? They would have just fired him before the season started if that were the case. There's not a coach alive that could take this team to a 10-2 record. He's got to get 2 more wins this season or he's definitely going to be in the hot seat.

    Well, there was a pretty stupid use of LSU's last timeout after 20 seconds just ran off the clock.

    I'm impressed by MSU. I'm always expecting that "Sparty, no!" moment, but they have played very well the past 2 games. I think the talent is pretty similar between these 2 teams. 3 turnovers are the big difference right now. to be honest, to me it almost looked like a Lloyd Carr team vs a John L Smith team today...except the shoe is on the other foot Michigan has way too many freshman and sophomores playing, especially on defense. Mistakes are going to happen. Denard is only a sophomore himself and was forced into passing situations which he still struggles with. I don't think it was a Lloyd Carr vs John L Smith type situation. I just think Michigan is too young of a team right now and don't have enough talent on defense to make mistakes.

    Denard has had a terrible game. Two interceptions in the endzone with 3 turnovers total. We know about Michigan's defense. Illinois played well today, but you aren't giving Michigan any chance against PSU? Come on.

    To be fair, they are going up against PSU's offense today. They're ranked 100th in the nation in points per game.

    Another day of watching Michigan's defense defy all odds on it's quest to become the worst ranked defense in the nation. Should be fun.
