    Apparently Oregon is now being coached by Lloyd Carr. The offensive playcalling has become ridiculously conservative, and now they have to punt the ball back to USC with 3:20 left in the game.

    Ugh. That was way too easy for USC. Hopefully Oregon can hold them off.

    Oregon is a really good football team. Their offense is amazing.

    It's just grass and cement blocks. Who cares. I think a lot of people would have wanted some Wrigley grass. Additionally, the goal post anchors: who knows if someone wanted them or not? Perhaps it would have been possible to reuse them. You can always throw it away, but if you throw it away, you can't put it to good use. They should have at least seen if someone had any interest or ideas of what to do with them. I don't understand why someone would want 90-year-old concrete. You don't think someone out there would pay decent money for the goal post anchors with 50 years of Bears history? I understand that there's a lot of history there, but it's not like they found the actual goal posts. It's just the concrete anchors to the goal posts.

    Yeah, that was pretty funny. I don't think it was scripted up that way. Dixon saw he was going to be tackled so he pitched it back to the open guy, who happened to be the right tackle. :lol:

    Michigan scores a TD and are up 13-10 now. They've been driving at will on Minnesota, and finally got into the endzone.

    Michigan with 2 field goals and it's 10-6 Minnesota now. It drives me nuts that I never get to watch any Michigan games on TV. Who has ESPN Classic? :wall:

    Meh. It's only 3-0 in the 1st quarter. I'm not too worried yet. No Hart or Henne. Im worried. Can't see the game because we dont get ESPNC. WTH. Minnesota just returned a fumble for a touchdown. 10-0 now. I'm worried too.

    I believe it's an extention of his current deal. The Yankees want to keep Texas on the hook for remainder of his current deal with the money they (Texas) still has to pay. I've heard that Boras thinks ARod should be the first 40-45 Million/Year guy in MLB. I wonder how important that is to ARod. There are 2 teams that might be able to afford the $40 million per year, the Yankees and Red Sox. No way he gets that much. It's insane even thinking about it.

    I love that Comcast Sports Net shows these random games every Saturday. I get to watch the Oregon/USC game. Oregon up 7-0 to start the game.

    MSU had a 4th and 13 and had to get the first down or the game was over. They throw a 7-yard pass and lose. Horrible. Thank God I'm not an MSU fan. Also, for some reason the students rushed the field again. It's freaking Michigan State. There's absolutely no reason for the fans to rush the field.

    They need to change the overtime rules again. This system is terrible.

    I do too. I don't what it is, but I really think we can win this one. I guess it's a matter of Anthony Morelli forgetting that he's Anthony Morelli for a few hours. I dont have a lot of confidence in Morelli picking apart the zone defense and disguised blitz's OSU brings. Boeckman looked good in the 1st half against state last week, i missed the 2nd half and that pick 6 he threw. OSU doesnt lose TO battles, maybe tonight they will cough it up more. PSU needs that. I hope you guys' boys get it done tonight. I dont have a lot of confidence that my guys will pick up the B10s mess on Nov 17. A Michigan fan? Jesus. Couldn't you guys just lay down after the beginning of this season? You had to lose your first 2 games embarrassingly and then sweep through the Big Ten making the rest of us look terrible. Go Bucks Then to top things off, they'll get killed by OSU making it look like a one team conference. You guys make it sound like it's all our fault that the other teams in the Big Ten have sucked this year and can't beat Michigan or OSU. I do agree though. Michigan will probably get killed by OSU. Hopefully, that will be the last game Lloyd Carr ever coaches.

    Iowa and MSU are heading to a 2nd overtime. It's tied at 27.

    Iowa has scored 17 unanswered points and now have a 20-17 lead on MSU. Both teams are terrible, but it's either watch this game or WVU/Rutgers.

    2009 is when things get real ugly. 7 players will get $90M, and these are all guys who are currently at their career peaks and can only get worse or more fragile as time goes by. It's going to cost well over $100M just to put a complete team in the dugout. This is an era when slow fat unversatile bench players like Daryle Ward are deemed a bargain at $1.2M, so we'll need a pretty hefty payroll increase to actually contend. Thank you Jim Hendry. :wall:

    I get the feeling that the Red Sox would love to have Ryan Theriot on their team. Julio Lugo is absolutely awful.
