  1. I think it was just a swing and a miss, though there are some batters today that should really be sent back to the dugout once Z gets two strikes on them.
  2. Really? Let's get some Ruuaaaaaaaaaaaa The squeal hurt the ears a little, but I still don't think that changes the fact that he did an excellent job overall.
  3. Z looked like he barely hit that ball, and he flew out 396 feet
  4. Yea Sori!! I pretty much always expect those to fall in for opponents anymore.
  5. Crap. Murton really tagging the ball, and I agree with sending Lee. It looked like he ran out of gas on the way in .
  6. grrr...i hate the brewers....i hate the braves.... come on braves!! I don't even care about the Brewers score that much anymore. Obviously, I'd rather have them lose then win, but as long as the Cubs are winning, the lead can stay at 2-3 for the rest of the season and I could care less I'm about to buy a non-refundable plane ticket to see a playoff game, so I'd like the Brewers to fall out of the race as soon as possible.
  7. Way to keep it together so far, Z.
  8. It would have been a dumb statement to predict Koyie Hill getting the call before soto.
  9. Of course Morgan would weave a single through the middle. He'll be on third by the end of the AB.
  10. Zambrano threw a slider at that spot that was moving away from the zone. The pitch is as important as the location in getting borderline calls.
  11. If I were stuck in GA this weekend, I'd gladly settle for watching my second favorite team.
  12. Crap, sori. You protected the plate on plenty of pitches farther off than that.
  13. Sori agrees wholeheartedly, which explains the two giant whiffs to start the AB.
  14. Crap, Z. At least he got the bunt down.
  15. His leadership, grit, gamesmanship, and ability to win against lefties has obviously rubbed off on the rest of the team.
  16. I don't remember ever seeing anyone do this. There have been plenty of variations of brass balls and third legs, but I don't think 'money' has been used frequently enough to warrant such frustartion.
  17. WTG Soto. Keep going please, offense.
  18. you have the most annoying quote -ever-, it takes up the space of an entire post I don't display sigs and thought I took that out of there before. MURTON! Let's drive the double in this time, offense.
  19. Cesar SucksatBaseball grounds out. Way to get out of it, Z.
  20. Holy crap. Ball four looked pretty good. Keep it together Z.
  21. Brutal throw from Soto. Anything in the neighborhood catches him.
  22. There goes the perfect game 27K outing. Thanks for not hustling, Nady.
  23. Z still sexy. My laptop is getting uncomfortable...
  24. Gorzelanny out of it. Hopefully the hard hit balls are a better indication for this game than stranding the 1-out double.
