  1. I'll just go on the record as saying that Colorado scares me much more than SD does.
  2. should have been an error. doesn't change the fact that the game would be over if not for the blown call. it was pretty obviously a HR. In what inning did this play happen?
  3. That works for me. I'm not pulling for either of them.
  4. You can watch the game for free on mlb.com. sweet, thanks
  5. I've only got gameday up - why is it saying injury delay?
  6. Looking at this Padres lineup, I'm rather surprised they've plated six runs tonight. It really doesn't look like this should be possible.
  7. the game tonight (rocks/pads) is on espn radio, so i assume the nlds will be as well. certainly espn radio or westwood one. what i typically do is map out my route, look for the local affiliates, and then program my radio to those channels. ESPN (radio) claims to have all the games They have all the games, but not all their affiliates actually carry those games. More of their California affiliates broadcast x games over the radio than they do MLB.
  8. Think if I take a "TBS Blows" sign with me on Saturday that they'll show me. reTarded ...Broadcast ...Schedule They might show this for a couple seconds before anyone in the truck actually reads it.
  9. Dolphin Stadium.
  10. the game tonight (rocks/pads) is on espn radio, so i assume the nlds will be as well. certainly espn radio or westwood one. what i typically do is map out my route, look for the local affiliates, and then program my radio to those channels. Thanks - I was able to find a listing of ESPN radio affiliates in CA, and the station in SF -- the only affiliate in the Bay Area -- does NOT carry mlb games. It looks like if I want to listen to a game that night, I'm going to have to hope that the Modesto station will miraculously bounce over the mountains.
  11. Cant bring in beer, but you can bring in plastic bottles and coolers. Obviously, because of this there are plenty of ways to bring in beer. Awesome, thanks. It looks like I'll be drunk by 10am on Sunday and hungover by dinnertime.
  12. Off-topic question - I know that at some parks, they allow the little soft beverage coolers and permit people to bring their own beer. What's the policy at Wrigley?
  13. According to MLB: Wed and Thurs: 10pm ET Sat: 6pm ET Sun: 1pm ET Tues: 10pm ET I wouldn't mind that weekend schedule at all.
  14. Does anyone know where I could get nationwide radio broadcast information about this game? I'm going to be in the car for most of it.
  15. That sorta sucks - I'm going to have to listen to the second game on the radio on my way to the airport. I'm catching a redeye thursday night to get to chicago for the weekend.
  16. pre-game show Curse, Bartman, and $300 million all mentioned within the first 5 minutes of the first broadcast. Fight with Barrett and Lou's ejection may take another 10 to 30 minutes.
  17. <-------- Thanks everyone!
  18. Can someone post pics of the Cubs division champs gear, or at least a link to the thread that has it? I can't find it anywhere, and my avatar needs a new hat.
  19. I think he was also way pumped for his last home start, when his first inning involved 3 Ks in a grand total of about 90 seconds, so that at least presents the possibility that he can harness being overly pumped. Also, he'll be on the road for game one, so that could help too.
