DC-area radio show last night was talking about how embarrassing/annoying it is to be out-louded in your own park. I'm looking forward to more of the same today. I've been surrounded in Cubs fans both games. Off to the park - let's see the series win, Cubs. -
How many more players have to be thrown out before we can stop stealing third already?

From where I was sitting, I didn't think Reed had a prayer of being in the same zip code when that ball came down. I was half way down to plopping in my seat waiting for the batter to finish running out his triple, and when I never saw the ball bounce away I crapped my pants. Unreal. Thanks for putting this up AramisFan.

Cubs: 11 road games in April. Me: In attendance for 8 of them 8-) I work 12-hr shifts before each of the two night games coming up and will have to race to the park right after, and I took Sunday off to see the daytime game. I'm leaving now and won't be home until the series is over. This should be a good team to get back on track against. See you guys Sunday.

Thanks, I'll stick with it all weekend then. Any idea about the parking options? I've never had a need to use it before so I don't have one of those little parking cards, and it's the only option to pay, at least at the Greenbelt station. Do you think it would just not be enforced since I wouldn't show up until after working hours?

I'll be coming down from Ft Meade on the BW Parkway, and I'm looking at the DC area metro information, and apparently you need this [expletive] SmarTrip card to park at their stations? So I have to purchase it and wait for them to snail mail it, then I can park there. Am I wrong for thinking this is ridiculous? Does anyone more familiar with the system think that there's a chance the parking won't be enforced Friday after 5pm and on weekends? Also, how's parking near the stadium? Friday is definitely going to be a Metro day, but would it be easier to just drive straight there for the weekend games?

How do those numbers change when the cutoff is from the beginning of 07? I think that's about as far back as you can fairly go in the comparison, though I suspect your point will stand. -
