After today, 9 games - a steal every series? Attainable for sure, but he just needs to steal. Period. His success rate warrants him to attempt IMO - plus, hell yeah, I’m wanting him to get that 40/40! I know other Cub fans agree. Let the man run when he’s on first when Kelly isn’t locking him down in front of him lol

Yeah - Palencia threw two horsefeathers pitches, soooooo he wouldn’t have let us down with a homer allowed if he would have pitched longer. This team has the talent to beat any team, but this pitching staff is straight ass, so my expectations are very low for a playoff birth, and if they make it in, most likely an early exit. This bullpen is just absolutely garbage 🗑️

I do understand what you’re saying, but right now, Webb has been the biggest liability. He’s literally cost us what….four games now with a lead of 1-2 runs? He’s not reliable. It’s just frustrating for everyone at this point

We aren’t doing anything with this bullpen. I hope PCA makes his mark for that 40/40 season. Outside of that, making playoffs would be nice, but an early exit is most likely the outcome.
