    Only giving up one run after 37 pitches and an inning and only giving up one run is a blessing and then some. I hate to say it, but I think Shota’s night is done. Pitch count he could probably go another inning, but I think the game is gonna get away from us if we leave him in.

    Like everyone else - still waiting to hear about Bregman…….swollen and cut under his LEFT eye is brutal as a right handed hitter. Sure hope he’s okay and not too badly hurt. Poor Caleb too - man what a brutal day for injuries.

    If he gets on base..,,,,no doubt he will get 40, but the guy has to get on and not have Seiya swinging when he’s attempting 😂

    Yes sir! Saw some good pitching today. The bullpen was being much more intentional about not hanging pitches over the heart of the zone.

    I noticed the reliever are more intentional about not missing in the heart of the zone - especially with being ahead in the count

    Good Lord man,Zeferjahn look like he was gonna pass out on the mound. I guess it’s humid there, but maybe he’s just a tad bit out of shape too easy for me to say I’m not out there doing it, but I didn’t think it was that high of a pitch count

    Will they reach 90 wins is the question. Phillies will most likely lose, but the Padres are world beaters all of a sudden. Home field is looking more and more bleak
