I never really saw in your article why you thought Soroka was a right fit now. My thoughts are because we are a major market city that operates on a Cincinnati Reds budget. You have a chance to do something special this year, the first half of the season the players have proven their part, the fans have flocked to Wrigley, now it’s time for ownership to step up to the plate and hit a grand slam!

I think Happ has just reached a point in his career where things are going to start declining for him. By not signing Tucker and Happ’s decline at seasons end will only fuel the fire even more for trading Cam Smith.
