I don’t think PCA has or ever had a problem with bat speed it is great to see that he has increased it over last year I’m sure working out with Caleb Williams has helped him tremendously. I know Pete is a free swinger but if he ever develops a eye and feel for the strike zone he will become a complete ball player.

I never really saw in your article why you thought Soroka was a right fit now. My thoughts are because we are a major market city that operates on a Cincinnati Reds budget. You have a chance to do something special this year, the first half of the season the players have proven their part, the fans have flocked to Wrigley, now it’s time for ownership to step up to the plate and hit a grand slam!

I think Happ has just reached a point in his career where things are going to start declining for him. By not signing Tucker and Happ’s decline at seasons end will only fuel the fire even more for trading Cam Smith.
