  1. This is what we were talking about.
  2. Why move anybody? They have them all signed for at least couple more years. As we have seen this year, it never hurts to have good depth at running back.
  3. Like I said before, I don't care how good the opposing defender is, there's no excuse for allowing him to strip your QB two times in one game. Travelle Wharton is one of many Panthers that has not looked good at all in this game. Which has been a direct result of the Bears D. Its ok to give them credit, you guys arent the first team they have done it too. Am I allowed to give them credit while also noting that my own team is failing? Yes you can and I think thats what all of us are trying to get you to do, instead of everything being blamed on Carolina just playing badly. Pretty much.
  4. Why don't you stop playing up the Bears to be gods? Yes, their defense is playing extremely well, but if Jake doesn't throw two TERRIBLE passes, it's 3-0 Chicago. And he's been off all game even with time. Why do you keep playing up the Carolina offense to be this amazing machine that can't be stopped by any defense, let alone the top one in the NFL? Amazing machine? No. Capable of avoiding being shut out? Yes. Well, apparently not.

  6. Oh, stop making excuses. Your team is getting beaten rather handily by a very good team.
  7. Well, either holding or a sack. Take your pick.
  8. Little chance of that happening with the defense they are going against.
  9. Would be nice to get another interception returned inside the 20. A sack works too.
  10. That's why he's the MVP. We have no running game, our QB is average, and our defense, while solid, is not quite Tampa's or Chicago's. And yet we're 7-2, and it's Steve Smith who got us there. My fantasy team appreciates it, believe me.

  12. It should be the Carolina Steve Smiths.
  13. He did pretty well on that one. :)
  14. He is getting constant pressure in his face from the Bears' pass rush??
  15. Well, whatever he doing so far seems to be working.
  16. Always an adventure with the Bears.
  17. Yeah, i'm sure that it is entirely the Panthers' offense. Not at all the Bears' defense, which is rated first in the NFL. Unless I'm mistaken, Tampa's defense was rated first in the NFL too. Big gain for TJ. Throw in the towel and get ready for Buffalo. This one's over. Well, apparently we are doing something better than them cause we have completely shut down the Panthers' offense thus far.
  18. Yeah, i'm sure that it is entirely the Panthers' offense. Not at all the Bears' defense, which is rated first in the NFL.
  19. Guess you guys aren't going to get much on our pass defense either.
  20. And I could say the same thing for rock. Loud guitars, you can barely hear the singer screaming, "I wanna die I wanna die! Yeah Yeah Yeah I wanna die! It's wrist slitting time!!!" While wearing all black clothes, dressing like freaks, having piercings on every inch of your body with those stupid spikes while bein proud about it. If your post wasn't racist it was at least stereotypical. But I guess you could say the same for my post. How was he being stereotypical about rap/hip hop?
  21. What I don't understand about this whole thing is the way that the situation was handled. You could have stopped it from the beginning when Vance had the initial thread asking if people wanted it back. I never read that thread, but I assume that there weren't many if any objections to bringing the poll back. You could have PMed Vance when he posted the pictures asking him to tone it down and remove whatever pics were over the line. You could have made comments in the threads that the posts were out of line. You didn't have to make such a big deal of it. You didn’t have to sticky a thread at the top of the forum that starts with a post that obviously insults the members that took part in the threads. I understand why you wouldn’t want the threads going on, but the way that it has been handled isn’t something that I expect from the mods of this site. Frankly, it disappoints me.
  22. Between this, the season last year, and the offseason so far, I am really close to boycotting the Cubs all together next year. The only thing that is making me think of buying tickets is the fact that I love to watch a Cubs game at Wrigley.
