This trade was a board highlight. A poster said that he called the Tribune Company switchboard and the secretary said a trade was imminent. We all laughed and the poster relied not to poke fun because he had cancer. Everyone was still reeling in shock when the trade got announced. No word if the original poster was the purple Fanta shirt guy. btw i thought the story was that sweet swingin' billy called to tell hendry to make a trade, and hendry's secretary "took the message" for him. Better yet!
