    What happened? I had to close my browser for a second and the Cardinals announcers replace Bob & Len.

    I can't speak for anyone else but I had absolutely no sympathy for the Cardinals last year when Rolen was hurt.

    Derrek Lee and Scott Eyre got injured on the same play late Wednesday night. Both left the game. I don't know how serious it is yet. Worst case scenario: Call up Sing and Rich Hill?

    I like Mabry but that call makes less sense when you have someone who doesn't make reliable contact with the slowest baserunner with the game on the line. I think Marshall could win 13-14 games next year.

    Scully was noting that Marshall looked really lanky covering first on the 1-3.

    Vin Scully just said Marshall reminded him of Ichabod Crane. How about if we call him 'Sleepy Hollow'?

    Keep in mind that Marshall is basically the #9 pitcher behind Prior, Maddux, Zambrano, Wood, Miller, Williams, Hill and Rusch. He's better than the #5 on most teams. I'm glad he's around. If nothing else, he's a great trade chip. There's a couple people on that list I wouldn't mind getting moved before Marshall.
