    Yesterday a blood vessel burst in my nose and it was gushing blood until I got myself to an urgent care clinic and got it cauterised 3 hours later. Today I am watching the Chicago Cubs. I am not sure which has the potential to be a worst experience.

    This is the first World Cup I will be watching every game of (I might have done it 20 years ago, or watched most) because the time zone is so friendly. Earliest game starts at 2AM (my alarm is at 3 AM, so I set it an hour earlier for those games) and latest is at 2PM. In the knockout stage, games start between 2AM and 1PM.
