Seiya would easily be the DH, Soto has graded a ton better than Seiya defensively this year. Which is funny because Soto was bashed relentlessly for poor defense and Suzuki was a gold glover in Japan

I like Nico a lot too, especially after i heard Gordo mention on Kaplans podcast a few weeks ago that players from the last core used to tease and belittle guys like Hoerner who put in a lot of work at the gym and after the game. he's a top notch professional with his work ethic and fire. But i like Shaws power potential at 2B much more. I would move him if the deal is right.

I agree with their assessments, this isnt some crazy steal by the Cubs. People should look beyond prospect lists. Paredes has some legitimate warts, but im hoping Hoyer knows what he’s doing here.
