Yeah hes probably the least likely to be traded, but i think they will be pretty itchy to get under the luxury tax line this deadline. Someone is headed out the door, Happ is one of the easiest to offload if he waives his NTC
Happ up to a 131 wRC+, IMO now is the time to trade him before he goes on one of his month long cold streaks. I think it should be clear what direction the club is heading.
The return might not be great but im sure some team would take him with pitcher injuries decimating most of the league. Also some team might think they can get more out of him with a mechanical change. Kind of how like the Cubs did when they messed him up last season
Basically what Tryptamine said about him beating his periphs right now. Think it would be great to sell high on him now and achieve 2 things the FO is going to use an excuse not to spend next year.
Replacement wise nothing but unknowns internally but could get an extended look at Brown and Wicks when they are healthy.
