I know your point is that Swanson has value but this is so silly, like are supposed to think teams are considering Freeman and Swanson are on equal footing? I think 29 other teams would take Freeman over Swanson, all value isnt equal, especially when comparing a 1B to a SS.

This team is so mediocre, cant even beat the crappiest teams in garbage time. Really looking forward to watching this exact same uninspiring squad next year. Hoyer and ownership can get away with it because it seems like the majority of fans are stupid enough to pay the increased prices and seemed to have bought in that this exact same team can somehow be more competitive next year. This is literally year 2 of the exact same team failing to reach the horsefeathers playoffs.

General Offseason Priorities

Bullpen needs a ton of help and rotation is fine. But we all know that Hoyer will be stuffing the bullpen again with 30+ year old journeymen, so I voted for offense given that the bullpen will be blowing many leads/giving up a lot of runs again next year. -
So annoying to look at, but with those milb numbers maybe hes on to something

I feel like its going to be another half season of the exact same team and at the deadline Hoyer will either pull off another big sell off or not depending on their place in the standings. Dont see him trading any of the kids at AAA during the offseason
