The new regime is much better than the old one. The trainer is actually licensed these days, and players actually come off the DL and play again. It's just old scars from the Dusty days. Riot is probably fine. If he wasn't I'm sure he wouldn't have stayed in. He was walking around the clubhouse just fine after the game. I don't think it's any big deal. No problems with him starting on Friday? Or will Lou be cautious and start Ronny?
You're joking, right. Green font = Sarcasm Thought we all were over that fad? Anyways, if Eyre is indeed DFA, would we be getting at least 1 decent prospect for him if we trade him? Hopefully the Yanks and Red Sox panic and overpay for him.
Ouch...my fantasy pitching line tonight 16.1 INN, 29 HA, 5 BBI, 12 K, 15 ER, 8.265 ERA, 2.082 WHIP, L I had Garza, Joba, KRod, and Perkins tonight...
2007 and 2008 have taken a little luster off, but it's not like he hit poorly for a SS, and he's still only 22. Thanks, I know the Rays are loaded on prospects. Would it be safe to assume that they are pitching loaded? I know of Price and Hellickson.
Yet he's having a better season than our current starting RF'er (in the exact same amount of AB's)... It's not the end all of he doesn't have great power ability you know, I mean his OBP is nearly .400 and he's OPSing over .800 against both righties and lefties. Koske has no power whatsoever but we seem fine with him when he's working the count and slapping hits left and right. I would not mind at all having 2 Koske's in the lineup.
I would not mind: Soriano LF Fukudome CF Lee 1b ARam 3b Ibanez RF Soto C DeRo 2b Theriot SS Pitcher As long as the prospects aren't in the top tier, I would do it.
