well, fortunately, that game was a very winnable game for illinois, too.

They need to step it up in the MAC and not just lose those close games to tough teams. What grade is that QB of yours? Well, he's got 14 TDs and 2 interceptions this year, and one of those INTs was tipped, and he's thrown for about 1400 yards in 5 games. If we play like we have the last two weeks, we really should win out and go 10-2, including Illinois and Indiana. good luck with that one. i'm not saying illinois will win, but assuming illinois, who should be in the top 25 after today, is an automatic win is ridiculous.

i cried when we clinched in 2003, but something broke in me during the last 3 games of the nlcs. this just feels way different. -
did you hear the brenly burn on him last night? something like "running over and stepping on third would have taken some effort, so he just decided to make a poor throw to second." that was freaking gold right there.
