Eh...I think the Packers did a disservice to him to not at least let him interivew for the job and the opportunity to turn the job down himself. Nothing like having someone else speak for you. But, I understand why the Packers did it. It has nothing to do with speaking for you. He is under contract. They aren't saying he's not interested, they are saying, we aren't interested in letting you take our guy. That's why they have contracts. The coaches want security for seasons at a time, and in return the teams get stability. but coaches can choose to work wherever they want, though.
