i hope some day they mix up the andy kaufman-iowa buzzer-beater with the christian laettner-kentucky one, showing the kaufman shot instead while they're broadcasting a duke game, and then they try to fix it and they come back and say "ok, we've fixed it, here's the famous shot from christian laettner" and it's still just andy kaufman beating iowa, and this goes on 5 or 6 times in a row. and then they think they have really finally fixed it, but it turns out to be some old looped footage of les jepsen running.

i read that a couple days ago. the only part of the analogy that doesn't work for me is that his writers would have had no way of knowing going into it that typing away on a computer would have caused early death, whereas football players absolutely know.

and of course the heat are going to get the benefit of a lot of calls, they have 2 of the top players in the nba on their team. i'm ok with that. i just hate seeing rose get screwed on similar plays.

come at me bro Hahah, I just think it's funny that general fan insecurity can take over Bulls fans despite the fact that their team is [expletive] excellent. I expect it from mediocre teams like the Bucks or something, where there fans complain that the refs are screwing them to mask the fact that the team blows, but i'd think bulls fans would be above that. To be fair, about 80% of it is Sulley trying to get the reverse jinx flowing, which never gets old, even though it happens in every sports thread on the board. where would any of us be without the reverse jinx? remember game 6 of the hawks/preds?
