Just a note: Range Factor is limited in value, and it has pretty much no value at all over ten games. -
I just noticed that there were three SEC v. ACC games, today and SEC swept. That can't be common.

I hate that I missed it. Has anybody been catching West Virginia's games? They've just been annihilating teams thus far, but I haven't seen how they play. Old Spice final tomorrow night looks scary.

Wide left. South Carolina is going to win. Not surprising. SC is going to be the best 7-5 team in the nation. Losses by 7 to Auburn, 6 to Arkansas, 7 to Tennessee, and 1 to Florida. Their worst loss was to Georgia.

Isn't that always the way? The game is an afterthought. Same goes for either team vs. PB, though to a lesser extent.

Does it make me stupid that I played the game for 16 years of my life and don't have a clue as to what the hell y'all are talking about? What the crap is WARP?? it doesn't make you stupid, it makes you ignorant. How is he ignorant? Most of us, I'm assuming, have played baseball on a competitive level at least a couple of years in our lifetimes. I don't see how it's ignorant for some of us to not understand what exactly "WARP" is. And what Mizzou said is right. It seems like people focus more on stats than they do the actual game. I have no problem with people using stats to make their judgment on a player, but I also think it's wrong for people who use those stats to flat out criticize people who don't use them. For example, by saying that they are "ignorant" and that "you don't know what you're talking about" when you don't use those stats. Do you know what "ignorant" means? I'm discovering quickly that most people don't. -

I am scared to death of the Mizzou game. All Hogs know your coach very well and the style of play he endorses. It's a game with a traditional non-conference rival with the head coach that used to coach here--the ultimate trap game.

You can lead the way. Since I'm not participating in the same circular argument that happens every single week, I'm afraid I can't, really. Hard to shut up about something I'm not talking about. If you don't like the argument you don't have to participate in it. What is boring to you may be interesting to others. Just because you aren't entertained doesn't mean the subject has to change. It really doesn't have to do with it being boring, and really, I wouldn't have said anything if it hadn't gotten so over-the-top and juvenile of late.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Mustain trot out this possession. He got pulled for turning the ball over a lot, and Dick's done a fine job, but he's certainly not doing even reasonably good today. Well, he didn't. And wow. Two times in a row, he does the worst possible thing.
