He came in at the 46th. I hope he gets more of a chance to play and get a rhythm going. He looked invisible because Fulham's central mids suck and couldn't hold any possesion, and when they did they attacked down the opposite wing. The one attack they played thru Clint led to a scoring chance, but instead of pulling it left and getting and angle on Lehmann, he side footed it wide. He looked timid overall, though. I don't know how effective he is as a sub. BTW, Carlos Bocanegra is a calamity. And Marcus Hahnemman was a beast for Reading. I think Dempsey was put in a tough spot, because it was obvious that Fulham was going to mostly defend from the moment he was put on, and defending is not his forte. Still, he didn't look good, that's for sure. Boca is definitely lucky that Zat Knight appears to be coming into his own as a stonewalling central defender.
