  1. You got in twice? i alos got in twice in the first 15 minutes. Only got 1 set of tickets though. Blame UMFan
  2. they haven't done crap. All they did was disable ctrl+n
  3. No, you can pick a different game if you click the 'schedule' link on the top (its small). That's what I just did to get my bleacher tickets to the Sunday Sox game since Saturday was up to the nosebleeds. i meant by hitting back. I tried to hit back after a timeout and pick a new one and it kicked me.
  4. 42 total. 6 per game max.
  5. If you have tickets picked and then get booted, hit the back button back to the ticket selection screen and try picking tickets again it won't let you pick a different game, but it should let you pick seats again
  6. I have 140 windows open on 2 computers
  7. 104 windows on 2 computers and counting
  8. 60 windows open, trying for more
  9. I estimate the new bleacher capacity at about 4000-4500. Depends how many over the actual seating capacity they were selling before.
  10. What about bleacher seats for in demand weekend games? My bleacher seats for White Sox are arounf 1300-1500.
  11. Ok, I am back from buying tickets. For those of you that were looking for good UD box seats for any in-demand weekend game, there are almost none. The best I could get for the Saturday Cards games in July and August was sec 438 (way out on the end).
  12. pretty close, but you'll probably be a bit late. I can't believe I nailed it again...hopefully this luck continues for my optometry school decision letter...
  13. Go down there at about 8
  14. I wonder if they'll also try and remove the drummer from outside the bleacher entrance.
  15. The souvenir vendors I can deal without. The peanut vendors, on the other hand...
  16. Doubtful
  17. these lists don't have enough PNC Park
  18. That is what I meant. Small fast athletes, what Dusty considers to be prototypical leadoff men, aren't abandoning the sport en masse to another sport. maybe some to soccer, actually
  19. I've never known anyone to be in the first 400. How long did it take for you to actually buy tickets? Do you remember what time they processed your order? I was 575 away last year and I got in there at about 10:45ish. When I got to the counter, the Saturday Red Sox game had only singles left, but the rest had pairs. Bleachers were somewhat sparce for the big games as well. Honestly, this year I don't think nearly as many people are getting wristbands. Last year it was about 30 degrees when I went out at noon on the first day to get my wristband, and the line was all the way around the park. This year all reports I've gotten are waits of less then 10 minutes. I think since they distribute wristbands 00001-20000 randomly, I think if you are 4,000-5,000 away, you might have a shot at good tickets because not all the numbers inbetween will be taken. Its just my theory, but if you live in the area, as many know Cubs.com updates the number currently being called in the lottery, so you can sit home and wait until the right time to go down there. I completely agree. Wristbands are way down.
  20. I would definitely agree with you on most of those points, however I think Goony was referring specifically to the "small, fast athlete", which, in his opinion, doesn't have the ability to play basketball (Muggsy Bogues and Earl Boykins excepted) or football due to a lack of size. Correct me if I'm wrong, Goony.
  21. Is this necessary? yes.
  22. I've never known anyone to be in the first 400. How long did it take for you to actually buy tickets? Do you remember what time they processed your order? I was in the first 175 2 years ago, but that's when you could buy tickets for up to 40 games. The processing times are way shorter now. At 175 down the list 2 years ago, I was out at around 9:15 Ok. I guess I should have said that 2 years ago the max was 4 tickets per gae and 160 tickets total. Quite a change. Anyway, went this morning at 9. No line whatsoever. I'm number 11546.

  24. I'll be picking mine up tomorrow morning
