    As a Baltimore fan, I was rooting for the Royals to win and Tigers lose the last day, although the O's losing to the Royals wouldn't surprise me. The Tigers are the hot hand coming in and look like they could be the DBacks this year, especially going up against a weakened Astros team. For the AL, I'm picking Cleveland to win it. For the NL, Phillies. The Dodgers still don't have the pitching to make it. The Padres are my dark horse choice. Cleveland finally wins it this year.

    Huh, I guess the D-Backs should've not gone 3-6 against the Rockies, Giants, and a locked into 4th Padres team the last 2 weeks of the season. First time since 2007 that the previous years World Series teams don't make the playoffs (2006 Cardinals-Tigers).

    .250/.373/.447 with 17 HR for the guy you didn't include. Also, are you just talking about guys who played in the WS or anybody who played for the Cubs in 2016? Because Candelario debuted that year and Zastryzny was recently called up by the Brewers.
