    Talked to Adbert for a little bit while he was signing a ball and card for my son in Omaha Friday night. My son asked if he was going to pitch, and I said he was supposed to pitch the night before but he’s resting. He told my son that he was resting to not pitch so much. I added “plus he has a double header coming up to pitch in.” Adbert just sheepishly grinned when I said it. Nice kid. Took a second to talk to my son and thank him for coming out
