  1. What did the answer end up being? I was somehow the only person last night in a full bar who knew what Cleveland Indian had 50 doubles and 50 HR in 1995. Literally everyone else who had an answer said Manny. I can picture the equipment manager hiding the bat now. Such a weird situation that was.
  2. I straight up wept like a widow after the 8th inning debacle of 03 G6. I mean, Mike monkey business Mordecai... come on.
  3. Taking Lackey away hurt far more, especially after Garcia and Wacha unraveled and Wainwright turned BORP.
  4. http://www.fangraphs.com/blogs/mike-montgomery-the-cherry-on-top/ I like seeing what we're doing with Montgomery's repertoire. I could see him in the 2017 rotation if we're able to trade Hammel. Love that he has so much team control remaining as well. In the comments somebody mentions that he could be used instead of Lackey against the Dodgers if we face-off, which would be unnerving but interesting. They sure do suck against LHP and crush RHP.
  5. That's cool stuff guys. I knew his name (that I noticed on the game forum) sounded familiar.
  6. I'm new to this forum, so what's the deal with horsefeathers? I love a good Marx Bros reference but this one is odd.
  7. You need to think a lot higher than freaking Yadi. Well he does have the second most Catcher WAR of the 10's behind Posey. Of course hate him, but hoping Willson develops into an iteration of him isn't a terrible thing.
  8. I love that almost all of our ancillary players got hot toward the end of the season. Dex and Zo turned back the clock to April/May, Miggy and Cog broke out, Willson adjusted and improved, and Heyward found his stroke to an extent. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N915A using Tapatalk
  9. I so badly want the baseball world to see Kyle dominate and put on a master class in pitching. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N915A using Tapatalk
  10. Among Catchers with 250+ PA, Willson finished first with a 126 wRC+. Unbelievable. The next Yadi ready to Lord over the NLC. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N915A using Tapatalk
