    Jimmy Rollins got that stupid MVP win and the next year he knocked in 59, which probably has to be the lowest total ever for a reigning MVP who played a full season. Pretty sure Bryant will pass that... but then again Rollins was a leadoff hitter so he's not normally gonna have a high RBI total. Bryant at 59 is the epitome of futility in run scoring situations. It's flatout shocking. You almost have to consider him for leadoff because his numbers with the bases empty are phenomenal.

    If KB came through just, like, 25% more often with RISP and HLS stuff he'd be right at the top of the MVP race again. He has cracked me up this season. I'm fully expecting him to go ape horsefeathers in the playoffs and make it all as trivial as imaginable but up to this point it's just hilarious honestly. 59 RBI [emoji23] But yet a fantastic offensive season
