The best we can hope for is the next time Pax steps down, JR accepts his resignation. Then hope Collins in a senior advisory role, advises JR on a replacement outside of JRs circle of comfort. I think our best hope is Doug Collins at some point telling JR he needs to hire a new GM and head coach, and that Paxson just decides it's time to step aside... There was an article saying Forman is on the hot seat, but Paxson is like Kenny Williams and will always have a job/role. If the Bulls miss the playoffs (which looks likely now) then maybe real change happens next offseason in the Bulls FO. We really need a Sam Presti type leading this organization.
