    In that case are we talking the combined 4-5 months it went great or the whole time? Castellanos was great for the whole time he was a Cub. Darvish was recovering in 2018, our 2nd best starter in 2019, and amazing in 2020. So except for Darvish recovering in 2018, I would say they were great the whole time. "the whole time he was a cub"

    He probably thinks this new rule is a rousing success There doesn't seem to be any opposition to it, except from the fans, which won't matter. the only opposition I ever see from the fans is right after their team loses in extra innings maybe kimbrel should have just not given up the legitimate run after the first one

    if coby white is the starting point guard next year, they have failed miserably. hes an alright scorer. he is not a point guard. the recent garbage time wins mean close to nothing. they need to make huge changes or else we are going to see the same broken team next year.

    I don't live in the area anymore and don't get Marquee but Len was a mercenary just like everyone else. I remember him doing a nationally televised cubs game and had to get excited for any big play for or against the Cobs. Surprised he didn't end up going to the Brew Crew. i know he was just a mercenary too, but the reason he didn't act excited for good cubs plays during nationally televised games was because he had to remain impartial. all announcers do that.

    boog is a good announcer but he doesn't have any attachment to the team yet and it makes the calls feel weird sometimes. or maybe i just miss old friend len

    the hockey rules are also great in the regular season. stop being a stick in the mud and try to recognize fun things 7 inning double headers are also a great idea dude i dont find it any more enjoyable to have a runner on 2nd to start an inning. It's dumb. NHL OT format changed because most 5 minute OTs were ending in ties. Most extra inning game are resolved after 1-2 extra innings. The ones that arent are honestly more enjoyable to me because quirky horsefeathers happens what quirky horsefeathers happens that doesnt already happen in baseball? It's just giving each team a lead off double, it doesnt really change the game at all, it just increases the action until the game is over. Extra inning baseball games are way too much baseball

    its horsefeathering dumb made up BS. Everyone will learn to accept it just like they do shootouts and then 3-on-3 OTs in hockey, and the bizarre CFB OT rules. But that doesnt make it any less dumb. the hockey rules are also great in the regular season. stop being a stick in the mud and try to recognize fun things 7 inning double headers are also a great idea
