It's not completely his fault but you have to question the hit and run. Even if you thought it was a worthwhile endeavor to hit and run, doing so with Ramirez, who doesn't steal ever and probably would be easily fooled by Davis' pick off move and with Fuku, who hasn't hit well lately, isn't the best idea. I think it was a poor call too, but it's hardly Lou's fault that Aramis doesn't know how to tell when a pitcher is throwing to first as opposed to throwing home. Of course Ramirez deserves blame also, but Lou is the one who forced him to try and get a good lead against a guy with a great pickoff move.
