Maybe you should do some research on pitcher abuse. stressful innings MOST CERTAINLY influence pitcher abuse. I'm not saying that it doesn't. What I'm saying is that 118 pitches is still a lot of work, no matter how stressful they are.

You know that Zambrano recently had a shoulder strain and is coming off a 125 pitch outing, right? Seriously, that would be ridiculously reckless and irresponsible. Also, the "non stress" innings thing seems like an excuse to me. 118 pitches is still 118 pitches. We're up by 6 and have 2 months left to go. There is no reason to leave him in.

Pretty sure he's been visited by Modzilla. Exposed? He claimed to be married and older, but it turns out he's some 16 year old kid who posts under different names. ThatD-backs fan that posts here sometimes has a picture of him in his sig. He's a little kid.

I bet he still doesn't get traded. On a related note, it sucks that Chipper/Hudson/Tex all might miss the Brewers series this week and the first 2 are def. missing the current Cards series.

Man, best win of the season right there. I thought we had little chance of winning this game, with the worst of our 4 starters going against their best. I'm liking the matchups the rest of the way. This team showed me a lot today. Twice they blew leads and twice they responded. Good to see that on the road.
