They still need more pitching...Ricky Romero is utter garbage. And I'm pretty sure Melky was a semi-big prospect. I worked in the MWL when he was there and he was one of the top players no doubt (Votto, Kinsler and Eric Duncan being the others I remember with big hype).
Yeah, I agree that Ryan is better. Just thinking that if Stafford were on that team they'd still be nearly as good, especially if he were a tad more seasoned.
And I think you could make an argument that he's just as valuable as Matt Ryan....is that dumb? I mean Ryan only REALLY broke out when he got Julio and TGonz to go along with Roddy. Great running game too. Stafford has CJ and no running game the past couple years.
I like how this is posted as if the common person has any idea who that is. it wasn't meant for the common person, it was meant for the people who post in this thread. Right, cause every college bball fan knows who the [expletive] "Colbert" is.
Is he a franchise QB? Yes Is he capable of winning a Super Bowl? I have my serious doubts. He's a guy I have a hard time seeing produce 3 good games in a row vs. other good teams. He still throws off his back foot a TON.
But he said you know the crowd travels well when you're on the road and you tell the crowd to hush and they do! there was a very loud "let's go bears!" chant going on when they reached the red zone late in the game, but the crowd quieted almost immediately when they hushed all of us. Exactly...this is totally overblown. We were up 7-2 I believe and had just had our 2nd turnover. People came a long way for this game and were hopped up and ready to be excited. It happened early and often and the place exploded. No issue, these are NOT the Bears fans who go to Home games. Lots of Southern Illinois/Indiana folks in attendance. That being said, I just got home and LMAO at the Titans.
